Unanswered calls, big delivery commissions, regulars who drift away — hand all three to one system.
WokRise 锅旺 answers your phone, takes orders and bookings, replies to Google reviews, makes posters for social media and brings back the regulars you have not seen in months. Import your menu and go live in two hours; the first 14 days are free, no card needed.
Multilingual back office · the AI greets guests in your language · guests order by scanning, no app
What it does for you in a day
No new software to learn, no extra hire. You cook and run the floor; these jobs get done in the background and come to you when they need a look.
The AI answers all of them, quotes the menu, asks about spice level and pickup time; the order lands in your back office and rings. “Put me through to someone” goes to your landline.
Tap two dishes, type “15% off the set menu”, and in half a minute there is a poster with prices and an ordering QR code, scheduled to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
It syncs within 15 minutes and you are alerted at once. The AI drafts an apology in the guest’s language; you edit two lines and post. Reviews of 3 stars or less are never posted automatically.
The guest orders on your own page; you tap once to call a DoorDash or Uber courier and pay only that delivery. The customer stays yours.
One screen: orders, bookings, calls the AI took, conversations handed to staff. Each week, revenue trends and your busiest hours for staffing and stock.
Pick the win-back template; the system finds the guests you can reach and sends an email or WhatsApp with a coupon. Then you see who clicked, how many orders came back, and the revenue.
Your biggest worries, each with its tools
One back office instead of several apps and several monthly bills.
Never miss an order
- AI phone agent: a natural voice quotes the menu, takes orders and bookings, and hands over to staff when asked; every call is logged.
- Website chat: paste one line into your site and the AI answers “when do you open, is there parking” and takes the order.
- Table QR ordering: a code on every table for dine-in, pickup and delivery; no app to download.
- WhatsApp orders: messages land in the same inbox as calls and web chats.
Pay less commission
- Your own ordering page: no commission; the customers and the orders are yours.
- The “Order online” button on Google Maps: goes straight to your ordering page, not a third-party app.
- Courier dispatch: one click calls a DoorDash or Uber courier for your own orders; you pay that delivery, no commission.
Bring regulars back
- Customer records: every guest’s orders, spend and conversations are kept for you.
- Points, coupons and gift cards: discounts, limits and balances are tracked automatically.
- Group messages: ready-made groups — regulars, big spenders, lapsed, newcomers — one click to email or WhatsApp them.
- See the return: orders within 7 days of a click, or 30 days of using the coupon, count toward the campaign.
Go and find new customers
- Nearby business search: enter your address and a radius to list the offices, clinics and schools around you, with public emails found for you.
- Outreach email: sent from your own mailbox to pitch office lunches and catering; the system paces it so it lands in the inbox.
- Postcards: mailed to the 100–2,500 households nearest your branch; printing and postage handled, scans and coupons tracked.
Be found, and spoken well of
- Google Business Profile: reviews, posts, hours and menu in one place; change your hours once and the ordering page, the AI and Google all update.
- Website check-up: an SEO score and an AI-readability score, with what to fix and ready-made code for much of it.
- AI answer check: asks ChatGPT search and Perplexity “best Sichuan food nearby” to see if they mention you and get your phone and address right.
- No website? Fine: switch it on and Google and AI assistants can read your ordering page and full menu.
Good-looking posts without a designer
- AI posters: pick dishes, write one line; the template sets the title, price and QR code, so no typos.
- AI short videos: your dish photos come alive — steam rising, cheese pulling — ready for vertical feeds.
- Publish to five networks: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTok, with captions written per network, scheduled up to 90 days ahead.
Do the maths: a few saved orders pay for it

What owners ask us
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Pick a number included in your plan, or keep your own and ask your carrier to forward calls when busy or unanswered: staff answer first, the AI takes the overflow.
Is it hard to use if English is not my first language?
The back office and the manual are available in several languages, with screenshots for every step. The AI greets guests in the language you set.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It answers only from your menu, hours and knowledge base, and hands over to staff with the full conversation when it cannot. Low-star Google reviews are drafted, never posted automatically.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the table code or tap a link and order in the phone’s browser.
I have no website. Can I still use it?
Yes. Your online ordering page is your shop on the web, and linking your Google profile puts an “Order online” button on Maps that opens it.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 14 days. Afterwards you land on the billing page when you sign in; all your data is kept and comes back as soon as you subscribe.
Can my staff use it?
Give managers, servers and the kitchen their own accounts, with permissions by role — you decide who sees and changes what.
Will someone help me get started?
Yes. Open a ticket in the help centre — we usually reply within two working hours — or book a demo and we will walk through your own restaurant.
Import the menu this afternoon; let the AI answer tonight.
The first 14 days are free, no card needed. If it is not for you, your data is still yours.
